If a piece cracks or shatters\, a credit will be issued along with a ginormous apology because we hate to see bad things happen to your creations. \nALCOHOL POLICY (if applicable): I agree that I am 21 years of age or older and will consume my alcoholic beverages responsibly. I release and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against Walls of Clay LLC\, its affiliates\, successors or assigns as well as the owner and employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before\, during or after my session including to but not limited to injury\, loss\, theft or damage to any person or property. \nGENERAL RELEASE: Pictures and/or video may be taken during our workshops to use in print and online marketing/advertising. \nAUTHORIZATION FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL ATTENTION: By accepting the Terms & Conditions\, I grant my authorization and consent for Walls of Clay and its staff to administer general first aid treatment for any minor injuries or illnesses experienced by the guest/customer/minor. If the injury or illness is life threatening or in need of emergency treatment\, I authorize Walls of Clay to summon any and all professional emergency personnel to attend\, transport\, and treat the guest/customer/minor and to issue consent for any X-ray\, anesthetic\, blood transfusion\, medication\, or other medical diagnosis\, treatment\, or hospital care deemed advisable by\, and to be rendered under the general supervision of\, any licensed physician\, surgeon\, dentist\, hospital\, or other medical professional or institution duly licensed to practice in the state in which such treatment is to occur. I agree to assume financial responsibility for all expenses of such care. \nLIABILITY WAIVER: I hereby release\, hold harmless\, defend and indemnify Walls of Clay LLC and its employees\, agents\, officers and directors from any and all damages\, injuries\, claims and causes of action which may accrue to or be asserted by me or any minor child of mine arising directly or indirectly out of my minor child’s participation in a workshop.

This program is designed for ages 6 & up. Projects will be scaled for age appropriateness. \nKids Create! is a drop off event that lasts 90 minutes\, the fee is $25 + tax and payment in full is due at the time of reservation. DESCRIPTION:Thank you for considering Walls of Clay\, we are thrilled to host a field trip for your summer program.   Walls of Clay has been in downtown McKinney for 18+ years and have worked with hundreds of groups over the years.  We are not a franchise\, but rather family owned business and appreciate your business – we are in business to create smiles and provide a quality creative experience for all ages. \nPROJECT: \nPottery: Ice Cream Bowl ~ $12 per painter \nBubbles are always fun and used to create this cool design on an ice cream bowl. Painters can pick their “flavor”; strawberry\, mint chocolate chip or blue ice. Or you can choose our sweet summer watermelon theme. All pieces are food safe after they are kiln-fired – so fun AND functional. Bowls will be ready for pickup in 10 – 14 days. \nWhat is required to reserve a date and time? \nA non-refundable deposit per date is required\, we cannot hold a date without a deposit.  PLEASE NOTE:  All deposits WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR FINAL BALANCE\, THE DAY OF THE EVENT.  Deposits are non-refundable.  However\, if you are unable to attend the date reserved and notify us at least 72 hours in advance\, we will gladly work with you to reschedule one time with no penalty.  Deposits can only be transferred to like events\, not for open studio credit.  No shows will not be refunded or credited. \nHow much is the non-refundable deposit per date scheduled (deposits will be applied towards the final balance)? \n$  50; groups up to 12 \n$150; groups 13 – 50 \n$200; groups 50 – 75 \n$250; groups 76 – 150 \nNOTE:  A minimum of 10 painters is required for the deposit to be applied towards the balance. \nWhen and how do I pay the balance? \nThe balance is due at the end of your event when we tally up the total number of painters in attendance.  We accept cash and all major credit cards.  Checks are NOT accepted for final payment.  A $25 travel fee will be included in the final balance. \nDue to the nature of kiln-fired arts\, slight imperfections can occur.
