DESCRIPTION:Thank you for considering Walls of Clay\, we are thrilled to host a field trip for your summer program.   Walls of Clay has been in downtown McKinney for 18+ years and have worked with hundreds of groups over the years.  We are not a franchise\, but rather family owned business and appreciate your business – we are in business to create smiles and provide a quality creative experience for all ages. \nPROJECT: \nPottery: Ice Cream Bowl ~ $12 per painter \nBubbles are always fun and used to create this cool design on an ice cream bowl. Painters can pick their “flavor”; strawberry\, mint chocolate chip or blue ice. Or you can choose our sweet summer watermelon theme. All pieces are food safe after they are kiln-fired – so fun AND functional. Bowls will be ready for pickup in 10 – 14 days. \nWhat is required to reserve a date and time? \nA non-refundable deposit per date is required\, we cannot hold a date without a deposit.  PLEASE NOTE:  All deposits WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR FINAL BALANCE\, THE DAY OF THE EVENT.  Deposits are non-refundable.  However\, if you are unable to attend the date reserved and notify us at least 72 hours in advance\, we will gladly work with you to reschedule one time with no penalty.  Deposits can only be transferred to like events\, not for open studio credit.  No shows will not be refunded or credited. \nHow much is the non-refundable deposit per date scheduled (deposits will be applied towards the final balance)? \n$  50; groups up to 12 \n$150; groups 13 – 50 \n$200; groups 50 – 75 \n$250; groups 76 – 150 \nWhen and how do I pay the balance? \nThe balance is due at the end of your event when we tally up the total number of kids in attendance.  We accept cash and all major credit cards.  Checks are NOT accepted for final payment. \nDue to the nature of kiln-fired arts\, slight imperfections can occur. And on rare occasions\, kiln fired pieces can crack\, shatter or do the unexpected during the firing process. While we take every precaution to ensure that this does not happen\, there are some factors that are beyond our control. If a piece cracks or shatters\, a credit will be issued along with a ginormous apology because we hate to see bad things happen to your creations.

DESCRIPTION:This week is both tropical and trending and we are loving these projects with a tropical twist.  Choose between a stemless succulent holder or a flamingo mug and we will show you how to recreate these fun projects.  Includes an artificial succulent. \nOur summer workshops are packed with fun tips\, tricks and techniques for painting pottery\, canvas and/or wood painting. This program is designed for ages 6 & up. Projects will be scaled for age appropriateness. \nKids Create! is a drop off event that lasts 90 minutes\, the fee is $25 + tax and payment in full is due at the time of reservation. Please be sure to read our Terms & Conditions regarding your payment and our cancellation policies. Your payment is non-refundable. \nTERMS & CONDITIONS \nWalls of Clay has been in downtown McKinney for 18+ years. Our practices\, policies\, and procedures are fair. Our number one goal is to provide an awesome experience for our guest(s) and our policies allow us to do just that. \nYour purchase (deposit in applicable cases) is non-refundable. If the injury or illness is life threatening or in need of emergency treatment\, I authorize Walls of Clay to summon any and all professional emergency personnel to attend\, transport\, and treat the guest/customer/minor and to issue consent for any X-ray\, anesthetic\, blood transfusion\, medication\, or other medical diagnosis\, treatment\, or hospital care deemed advisable by\, and to be rendered under the general supervision of\, any licensed physician\, surgeon\, dentist\, hospital\, or other medical professional or institution duly licensed to practice in the state in which such treatment is to occur. I agree to assume financial responsibility for all expenses of such care. \nLIABILITY WAIVER: I hereby release\, hold harmless\, defend and indemnify Walls of Clay LLC and its employees\, agents\, officers and directors from any and all damages\, injuries\, claims and causes of action which may accrue to or be asserted by me or any minor child of mine arising directly or indirectly out of my minor child’s participation in a workshop.
