Thank you for considering Walls of Clay, we are thrilled to host a field trip for your summer program. Walls of Clay has been in downtown McKinney for 17+ years and have worked with hundreds of groups over the years. We are not a franchise, but rather family owned business and appreciate your business - we are in business to create smiles and provide a quality creative experience for all ages. PROJECT: Pottery: Mug 12oz ~ $10 per painter A great blank “canvas” to paint freestyle or you can opt for an instructive led design such as handprints & finger painting (super fun) or theme inspired such as our donut mugs – choose your “flavor”. Mugs can be used for beverages, planter or pencil/pen holder. All pieces are food safe after they are kiln-fired – so fun AND functional. Mugs will be ready for pickup in 10 - 14 days. What is required to reserve a date and time? A non-refundable deposit per date is required, we cannot hold a date without a deposit. Mermaid Life or Beach Life - you choose! Kiddos will have fun staining, sanding and painting with a vinyl sticky stencil to recreate one of these designs on a framed wood panel. Color choice is up the kids and wood sign will be ready to hang the same day. Our summer workshops are packed with fun tips, tricks and techniques for painting pottery, canvas and/or wood painting. This program is designed for ages 6 & up. Projects will be scaled for age appropriateness. Kids Create! is a drop off event that lasts 90 minutes, the fee is $25 + tax and payment in full is due at the time of reservation.
