Block Time For Event (after hours)

How many makers (guests) are you expecting (approximate)? The front of our studio holds 24 - 28 adults.*
Is this event for adults or children? If children, average age of the kids.*
Will each guest pay separate or under one group invoice?*
If opting for a group invoice; do you have a budget per person in mind?
I understand my deposit will be applied towards my balance providing my group has met the minimum requirement of $225 (before tax). If my group does not reach this minimum by the end of my event, my deposit will be converted to a room rental fee.
